    Job Description:

      Transportation and Lodging: (40%)
    • Coordinate with vendors to arrange coasters for student pick and drop for branches in scope.
    • Prepare comparative quotes from at least 3 vendors in market.
    • Communicate requirements and terms to the vendors
    • Prepare proposal and forwarded with complete terms and conditions to procurement committee for approval and finalization.
    • Prepare contract with agreed terms with vendor and have it signed.
    • Process monthly billing of transportation vendor by liaising with RO finance.
    • Coordinate travel arrangement by pool car as per requirement.
    • Develop schedule as per received requirements of pool car by RO staff.

    Job Description:

      Student Advising: (50%)
    • Devise a strategic plan/Advisor Calendar which guides and implements the policies, plans, targets and practices of the Access Centre department.
    • Conduct meetings with every assigned student at least once a month.
    • Guide students in completing and submitting applications to their preferred universities.
    • Establish communication with O Level feeder schools for BCP.
    • Maintain effective communication with National and International stakeholders to gather information that will help students when applying for admissions.

    • Record Keeping: (20%)
    • Manage student records, by making notes of every formal meeting.
    • Maintain detailed student files for career advising purposed as well as maintain records of individual meetings and sessions with students.

    • Administrative Support: (10%)
