

Beaconhouse International Student Convention (BISC) offers students the opportunity to find their limits, blow past them, and uncover their true potential.
BISC Sports serves as a good platform for students to gain valuable experience and exposure of competing with contestants from outside their home countries. With 4 successful events, BISC 2020 Grand Finale is all scheduled to be held in Malaysia on February 13th & 14th 2020. The Beaconhouse International Student Convention (BISC) gives students a chance to travel and interact with their peers from across the world and experience different co-curricular and sports competitions.
The event format has been evolving and has become more inclusive with successive events. The format of the upcoming BISC is similar to the last event, with minor amendments. BISC Sports would be consisting of 6 sports; Futsal (boys), Basketball (girls), Badminton, Athletics, Swimming and Chess.
The eligibility criteria is strictly followed for any student to participate in these tournaments. Students from classes 6th - 8th, and of 12-15 years of age on December 31, 2019 (born between Jan 01, 2005 & Dec 31, 2007, both days inclusive) would be eligible to participate in the sports competitions. Students who have participated in any two of the three earlier editions of BISC would not be eligible to participate in BISC 2020.
Schools from 3 regions; Central region, South region and North region are participating. The Central region has 14 clusters in 31 branches, South region has 10 clusters in 14 branches and the North region has 9 clusters in 28 branches. The selection process of participating in BISC Sports consists of 4 phases:
The last couple of weeks have been very exciting for all the contestants and the entire Beaconhouse family alike. It has been an escalating journey and we have seen tremendous potential in all the participants.
With a wrap from the inter-regional tournaments which were held in Lahore on December 5th, 25 best athletes have been selected from all 3 regions, to represent Pakistan in the Grand Finale in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
The Central Region has secured first position in Inter-Regional Basketball, Inter-Regional Swimming Championship and Inter-Regional Chess Championship. The North Region scores first position for Inter-Regional Futsal and Inter-Regional Athletics Championships. South region has won first position for Inter-Regional Badminton.
