Lahore: In celebration of the United Nations Day, which is on the 24th of October, Class XI White conducted a morning assembly on November 5, 2018 with a mock United Nations Session. The purpose of the presentation was to commemorate the UN's efforts towards maintaining global peace and camaraderie.

The assembly commenced with the recitation of the verses from the Holy Quran by Ahmed Subhan and translation by Hamna Sajid. By discussing the unresolved and controversial issues of human rights violations in Kashmir, the mock MUN depicted the UN's interest in resolving the major issues of the globe. Students talked about the headway the UN has made in resolving the Kashmir issue and the stance that various countries have taken on it. Using exaggerated characterisation, the students portrayed in a satirical way how the lack of action is leading to a deteriorating situation and added frustration among the nations concerned.
