Job Description:
  • Making necessary preparations to conduct School Evaluation, which includes meeting school representatives and other stakeholders specified in the School Evaluation Standard Operating Procedures; reading relevant documentation and preparing a school evaluation plan.
  • Working effectively with other SEAs as a team member or a team coordinator before, during and after the on-site part of the evaluation.
  • Conducting observations and facilitating meetings and reading documentation to generate relevant information.
  • Analysing information to elicit meaning; synthesising, alone and with the evaluation team, the analysed information to form well-constructed judgements about the school's educational provision.
  • Communicating findings orally and in writing (through reports) according to the School Evaluation Standard Operating Procedures; preparing and maintaining orderly field notes for the evidential file.
