Peshawar: Students from Pre-Nursery, Nursery and Kindergarten participated in the Drama Festival 2013 and enthralled the audience with their performances. The whole programme was well-planned and well-rehearsed as the children performed confidently. Ahmed Ayub of KG-Red recited verses from the Holy Quran to begin the function.

Headmistress Mrs Irum Raza welcomed the parents and emphasised that the objective behind the event was to develop confidence in students by encouraging them to participate in extracurricular activities.

Pre-Nursery students performed to the poem 'Ducks Like Rain', while the Nursery students performed to 'Old McDonald'. The choir sang 'Jeway Jeway Pakistan' and presented a tableau based on peace. The students of KG-Blue performed the story 'Bear Hunt' which the audience loved. At the end, a puppet show was presented by KG-Green and a role play on the story 'Emperor and the Nightingale' was presented by KG-Red.
