Multan: The Microsoft Pakistan Partners in Learning Forum was organised at the Pearl Continental Hotel in Lahore, in which the Beaconhouse School System, along with numerous other schools from across Pakistan, participated.

The news of the competition came as a bit of a surprise to BSS Multan, only a few days in advance of the event. Experienced ETAC Ambassador Ms Imtiaz Fatima and ever-dedicated IT teachers of all Primary and Middle Sections of BSS Multan had an urgent meeting with Principal Ms Aasyia Khurram Agha about the competition, and everyone immediately got to work.

Three best IT integrated projects were chosen and sent to the Microsoft Team to be displayed on the final day, which was a moment of great pride and honour for BSS Multan. Hats off to all BSS Multan students, IT teachers and the ETAC Ambassador for such a marvellous achievement!

Another feat of great delight for all of BSS is that from among the best 15 projects selected to be displayed on the final day, seven projects were from Beaconhouse.

A group of four representatives from BSS Multan comprising Ms Imtiaz Fatima, IT Teachers Mr Yaseen Sajid, Mr Masood Khan and Ms Ayesha Masood represented BSS Multan at the competition. At the end of the first round, five projects out of the best 15 were shortlisted for the final round. Although this was the first time that BSS Multan had participated in the competition, it was still able to win the Consolation Prize at the competition for its remarkable ICT projects.
