Plantation Campaign News Story

Shehnila Waqas | Staff Correspondent TBT | BSTRP

Rawalpindi: Keeping in view the increasing levels of pollution and decreasing water level in Pakistan, Class V students planted seeds of Moringa Olifera, which is a tropical tree and can withstand drought like conditions, in pots and gifted those to BSTRB on September 13, 2018.

Five students visited BSTRB and presented the seeds to Headmistress Ms Rukhsana Shahzad. Our students were warmly welcomed by the headmistress. Boys were really excited to visit the branch and were awarded certificates of appreciation for showing responsibility towards their environment.
